CAMM Curriculum and Program

Understanding masculinity is one conversation. Creating space for men to examine how they live, relate, and grow is another. The Culturally Aligned Masculinity Model (CAMM) provides a culturally grounded framework for that work.

Introducing CAMM

From a framework to a guided conversation

The curriculum builds on the existing CAMM framework and its four dimensions: Self-Awareness, Relationships, Community, and Spirituality. It invites reflection on culture, family, history, community, lived experience, and the ways masculinity is learned and expressed.

01

Reflect

Consider how expectations about masculinity shape identity, decisions, and everyday behavior.

02

Explore

Examine the connections between self-understanding, relationships, community, and spirituality.

03

Grow

Make room for more intentional choices and greater alignment between values and lived experience.

For counselors, educators, and organizations

CAMM is designed as a framework for reflection and meaningful conversation, not a diagnosis or a single definition of what a man should be. The curriculum and program can inform conversations in counseling, education, and community settings.
